Are you an introvert? Here's why you should be speaking up in class

Updated: Aug 19, 2019

Introverts are seen as shy people, who don’t talk much. If you’re an introvert, don’t worry, you are not alone! But, it’s important to still engage and speak up in class!

Benefits of Engaging in Class

Students that engage in class gain higher attention levels, are more motivated to practice high-level critical thinking and have more meaningful learning experiences. When you engage in class, you become a better student!

How to Stop Being an Introvert

Introverts understand engaging isn’t always easy. It takes practice. To combat introversion, you must be brave and push yourself! Making an effort each day to get involved in a lesson plan is always a great step in the right direction! By doing this, it will get easier and easier to engage in class. It might seem scary at first, but in the end, you’ll be so happy and proud of yourself!
