Our school staff are indispensable to the interworkings of Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School.  Our students’ safety, diets, physical and mental health are paramount and these people ensure they stay that way.

Hello! My name is Colleen Gleason and I am the Director of Special Services at MTC this year. This is my second year working at MTC. For the last 18 years, I taught Learning Support in the Philadelphia School district and worked at the Chester County IU for one year. I attended La Salle University for my undergrad and continued to Holy Family University for my Master's in Special Education.  I live in Phoenixville with my husband and three sons. Outside of school, I love to travel, go to the beach, and spend time with my family. I want to help make the school year a great experience for your child.  I am excited for this opportunity to work at MTC and want to help make the school year a great experience for your child.

This will be my 8th year here at MTC and what an amazing journey it has been!  Through those years my role has shifted from a 4th grade classroom teacher to instructional coach and assistant principal. I love being able to work with our spectacular students and dedicated staff to make our school the best that it can be, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to work within such a fantastic school community.

Outside of MTC, I enjoy spending time with my husband Tyler, and our three beautiful daughters.  We love going for walks with our dog Coach, taking beach trips, and watching hockey. Go Flyers!

My name is Monique Martello and this is my 12Th year at MTC.  I grew up in Philadelphia and attended Temple University in the Theater and Communications program. I enjoy teaching Technology and love inspiring creativity with our students.

My role this year has changed and I am working in Development and Advancement. I am looking forward to fostering our growth and creating opportunities that will help continue to propel the school forward.

On a personal note, I  have two children who are alumni of Mother Teresa Regional and both have received a wonderful education here. My Son is currently a Senior at St. Joseph's University and my daughter is a Junior at Sacred Heart Academy. Photography is a hobby of mine and I love to take pictures.  I also love to travel and Europe is my favorite place to visit.

Enrollment and Cares Director

Hello!  My name is Meghan Bonkoski and I have been part of the MTC school community since 2014.  My two children, Max and Bridget attend MTC, and are in 8th and 5th grade, respectively.  I am the Director of Enrollment, the Director of our after-school program (CARES), and from my years of experience teaching Pre-K, I am the preschool lead teacher.

I enjoy seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter in the hallways each day from our awesome students. Their excitement for learning is my motivation.

My family is proud to be a part of the MTC community, and we look forward to what is to come!

My name is Rosemarie Schwegler, and I am delighted to be the resource room teacher this year.  It’s hard to believe, but this is my 43rd year teaching in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. It is my 31st year teaching here at MDP/MTC where I have been blessed to meet so many extraordinary children and parents over the years. Additionally, it has been exciting and heartwarming to teach the children of some of my former MDP students.   During my career, I have had the opportunity to gain experience teaching students on every grade level from K-8, including Honors Math and Honors English. Although I have enjoyed every grade level, I must admit that kindergarten is the best grade to teach! I began my journey to becoming a teacher when I  attended Penn State University and Temple University where I earned a B.S. in Elementary Education.  I returned to Temple University for my graduate work in the area of Psychology of Reading. I have an active PA Department of Education Instructional II Teaching Certificate and religion certification from the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.  My husband and I live in Montgomery County with our dog, cat, and two horses.  We enjoy bike riding at the beach and on the Montgomery County Bike Trail.

Bio Coming soon....

My name is Devin Casey. I was born and raised locally in Montgomery County along with three brothers. I am a Pope John Paul II graduate. I then went on to attend Gwynedd Mercy College. I have a daughter who is a student here at MTC. My daughter and I both being able to be a part of the MTC community together is something that means so much to me. I enjoy spending my summers down the shore with my family. I work courtside during the Philadelphia 76ers home games. I have suffered through “The Process,” and there is nothing I want more than for our 76ers to bring home an NBA Finals Championship!
